Home / Process
Good software isn't written by chance. We put a real process in front of every build — planning, staged sign-offs, working demos — and adapt it to your project rather than forcing your project through a template.
Six stages
We start by understanding you — your domain, your data, the outcome you actually need — and by telling you honestly whether it's work we should take on. You also get to know us: the team, past projects, references you can call. No commitment is made before either side is confident.
We turn the discovery into a clear scope and a phased roadmap tied to business outcomes, with a commercial model to match — fixed price, time and materials, or a blend. Where the requirement is still forming, a short paid discovery produces a specification you own.
A named team is allocated — engineers, data and AI specialists, testers, design. At kick-off you meet them directly, then we build interactive wireframes of the entire journey with you, so the full flow is agreed before backend work begins.
Development runs against the agreed plan on a staging environment you can see from the first sprint. Working demos and status reviews run alongside the build, and each stage needs your sign-off before the next opens — so the end is never a surprise.
Formal testing against an acceptance plan agreed with you, plus beta testing at both ends. The test report is shared at every level, documentation is brought up to the final build, and the product goes live on your sign-off.
A warranty period from stable go-live, with tickets addressed the same business day. After warranty, most clients continue on a support-and-enhancement retainer with the same people who built the system — so the knowledge never leaves.
What doesn't change
Common questions
Most clients get four to five hours of live overlap, agreed before kick-off. Teams working with the US shift later; teams working with Australia and Singapore start earlier. It's set per engagement.
You do, on payment, written into the contract at the start. We hand over source, data, model artefacts, deployment docs and configuration. Nothing is held back as leverage.
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the existing application and data, then propose where analytics, automation or AI genuinely add value — and where they wouldn't. You get that assessment before committing to a build.
Your data trains your solution and stays yours. We design for privacy — private endpoints, retrieval over your own documents, and clear boundaries on what any third-party model sees. We'll walk you through exactly where data flows.
Usually something small and well-defined — one module, one integration, one model — so you can see how we work before a larger programme. We'd rather earn the bigger project than be handed it.
Tell us the shape of it. You'll get an honest read on approach, effort and fit within one business day — including when we're not the right team.
